At Promedic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and health products, our refund policy has specific limitations required by law and for public health safety.

Eligible Returns

The following products are eligible for return and refund within 30 days of delivery:

  • Unopened, undamaged OTC medications in original packaging
  • Unopened, undamaged supplements in original sealed packaging
  • Unused, undamaged medical devices in original packaging with all accessories
  • Unopened PPE and first aid supplies

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund due to health, safety, and legal regulations:

  • Prescription (Rx) medications — once dispensed, prescription medications cannot be returned per federal and state pharmacy regulations
  • Opened or partially used products of any type
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Refrigerated or temperature-sensitive products once delivered
  • Products marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Custom or compounded medications

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and your order information. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. This applies even to otherwise non-returnable items if the damage occurred during shipping.

How to Request a Return

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
  3. Wait for our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item(s) back using the provided RMA. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  5. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order ships. Contact us immediately at +1 (305) 202-0900 or rxxx3369@gmail.com if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process.

B2B Accounts

B2B clients with invoice accounts may have specific return and credit policies outlined in their account agreement. Contact your dedicated account manager for B2B return inquiries.
