Shipping Destinations

Promedic ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) or internationally. All shipments comply with applicable federal and state pharmaceutical shipping regulations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Prescription (Rx) orders may require an additional 1 business day for prescription verification before processing.

You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships.

Free Standard Shipping applies automatically to all orders totaling $75.00 or more before taxes. Discount and promotional codes may affect free shipping eligibility.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain medications require refrigeration or controlled temperature storage during transit. Products requiring cold-chain shipping will be clearly marked and will be shipped with appropriate insulated packaging and ice packs. Additional shipping charges may apply for cold-chain items.

Order Tracking

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no indication of the contents. Your privacy and confidentiality are important to us. Only the return address "Promedic" appears on the outside of packages.

Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, if appropriate, reship or refund your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Prescription Medications — Special Handling

Prescription medications are shipped only after prescription verification. Rx shipments comply with all DEA and state pharmaceutical shipping regulations. Controlled substances may be subject to additional restrictions depending on your state's laws.
